Instructions
  1. Add eggs to a saucepan, fill half full of water, and cook over high heat. Set timer to 17 minutes at start. When timer goes off, remove pan from heat, place in sink and run cold water into pan.
  2. Wash salad greens {recommended even if they're pre-washed}, add to salad spinner to remove excess water and divide among 2 pasta bowls.
  3. Wash and slice cucumber and onion and divide among salads. Top each salad with 1-1/2 pouches tuna. Peel hard boiled eggs, cut in quarters and divide between salads.
  4. Optional serve each salad with 1/4 cup Skinny5 reduced calorie salad dressing of your choice like Reduced-calorie balsamic dressing.
  5. Reduced-calorie Balsamic Dressing for 1 week of Losing It recipes - add 6 dropper of pure liquid Stevia to a large jar with a tight fitting lid along with 1-1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard without added sugar like Maille brand, and juice from 3 large lemons. If using, add salt and pepper, to taste. Add lid and shake well. If dressing is not sweet enough, add more Stevia, to taste. Optional - add 3 cloves garlic, peeled and pressed or minced.
