Pure Multi Collagen Protein non-gelling type
  • 8 heaping tbsp unflavored multi collagen protein non-gel type Healthy Body Organics brand is a favorite
Canned - Jarred
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened nut butter w/o added oil like almond, cashew, pecan, walnut, etc.
  • 4 to 8 ounce coconut water about 1/2 cup to 1 cup
Fresh Fruit
  • squeeze of lime

Instructions
  1. IMPORTANT - do not add multi collagen protein powder at the start of blending.
  2. Add frozen fruit, nut butter, half of the coconut water, about 1/2 cup, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice to a high powered blender like a VitaMix, Ninja, or NurtiBullet. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. If mixture is too thick, add more coconut water. You may need all 8 ounces or a full cup of coconut water or not, depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
  4. Add multi collagen protein powder to blender and blend on low just long enough to mix.
