- 2 - 10 ounce bags mixed berries
Pure Multi Collagen Protein non-gelling type
- 8 heaping tbsp unflavored multi collagen protein non-gel type Healthy Body Organics brand is a favorite
Canned - Jarred
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened nut butter w/o added oil like almond, cashew, pecan, walnut, etc.
- 4 to 8 ounce coconut water about 1/2 cup to 1 cup
Fresh Fruit
- squeeze of lime

Instructions
- IMPORTANT - do not add multi collagen protein powder at the start of blending.
- Add frozen fruit, nut butter, half of the coconut water, about 1/2 cup, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice to a high powered blender like a VitaMix, Ninja, or NurtiBullet. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- If mixture is too thick, add more coconut water. You may need all 8 ounces or a full cup of coconut water or not, depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
- Add multi collagen protein powder to blender and blend on low just long enough to mix.
