Bacon Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

- 1 medium head broccoli florets
- 1 cup red grapes sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds half 2.25 oz. package
- 2 slices turkey bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup Skinny5 low-cal mock mayo half of the recipe

Instructions
- Wash broccoli and grapes. Cut stem and leaves from head of broccoli. Divide into florets. Chop florets and add to a large bowl. Slice grapes and add to bowl.
- Cook and cool turkey bacon. Crumble or chop and add to bowl.
- Mix in low calorie mock mayonnaise. To make, add 1/2 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt to a small bowl. Whisk in one tablespoon each of the following: extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard w/o added sugar like Maille brand. Mix in 5 drops 100% pure Stevia liquid.
- If using, add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Mix almonds into salad, reserving a few to use as garnish. Turn broccoli salad into decorative bowl and garnish with remaining almonds.
