Instructions
  1. NOTE - do not add collagen protein powder to smoothie until all other ingredients are mixed.
  2. Peel avocado and remove pit. Peel and chop ginger. Add to blender along with yogurt and frozen fruit. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add collagen protein powder and blend on low until just mixed. Divide between two glasses and serve.
