Ingredients
Frozen Fruit
- 2 - 10 oz bags tropical fruit w/o strawberries works best, about 4 cups
Fresh Vegetables
- 1 small Hass avocado
Protein Powder
- 8 tbsp unflavored multi collagen protein non-gel type Healthy Body Organics brand is a favorite
Dairy
- 2 cups non-fat plain yogurt {regular not Greek} Greek yogurt is too thick for smoothie to blend
Fresh Herbs - Spices
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger root about a 2" chunk, peeled and chopped

Instructions
- NOTE - do not add collagen protein powder to smoothie until all other ingredients are mixed.
- Peel avocado and remove pit. Peel and chop ginger. Add to blender along with yogurt and frozen fruit. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Add collagen protein powder and blend on low until just mixed. Divide between two glasses and serve.
