  • 1 tbsp avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard w/o added sugar like Maille brand
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 packet Stevia or Monk Fruit w/o added sugar alcohols like Erythritol. Try SweetLeaf brand organic stevia packets.

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt, about one 7-ounce container, to small bowl. Whisk in oil, mustard, vinegar and Stevia or Monk Fruit packet.
  • Refrigerate unused Mock Mayonnaise in an airtight container. Use by expiration date on yogurt container.
