Easy Vanilla Cashew Nut Milk is a super quick and easy nut milk to make using just five basic ingredients. Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews use raw, unsalted cashew nut pieces
- 4 cups filtered water or spring water
- 1 inch piece vanilla bean sliced
- 1 Medjool date pitted
- 1 pinch Himalayan salt or sea salt
- 1 cup raw cashews use raw, unsalted cashew nut pieces

Instructions
- Add 4 cups filtered water or spring water to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
- Add raw cashew nut pieces, Medjool date, sliced and pitted, vanilla bean sliced, pinch of salt. Cover saucepan and let cool. Refrigerate overnight.
- Transfer cooled mixture to blender and blend until smooth. Makes four 8-ounce servings.
- Keep nut milk refrigerated. Use within 4 days. Unused nut milk may be frozen.
